Returns
You have 15 calendar days from the date you got the item to return it.
Your item must be in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. Your product must be in its original packaging.Your item must be accompanied by a receipt or evidence of purchase.
Pet birdbreeders Store has incurred the shipping expense to send you your product if your order was eligible for free shipment. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.You will receive your full reimbursements in 21 working days.
Because once a deposit is made on a bird, that bird is no longer available for purchase, all bird deposits are non-refundable. You may use your deposit as shop credit if you are unable to accept delivery of a certain bird.
Live Bird Transport
African Grey breeders will only transport when the temperature at the send and pick up locations is between 30°F and 85°F.
All birds are assured to arrive in good health. If there is a health problem with the bird upon arrival, you must notify Pet bird breeders within 6 hours of the arrival time to receive a refund or have the bird replaced.
